Double Side-Plank
Jaquarius Johnson and Jaylene throwing down some yoga “side-planks” in the studio this past weekend. These two were real troopers as they had to hold these poses and redo them while I found the angle and look I wanted.
Final image edited to taste in Adobe Camera Raw with a bump in Clarity, some negative texture brushed into smooth some of the skin after, and a reduction in vibrance to drop some of the color.

Model Positive with Jaylene
The awesome Jaylene Hall from Model Positive was in the studio this past weekend with this killer dress. The thing is, she and I didn’t plan on shooting at this time but we ended up with some time to kill and she had this dress in her car. Worked out pretty well I’d say!

Headshot of the Week! 12-21-2020
Delaine is setting this week’s Headshot of the Week! on fire with this capture from our recent headshot session. Delaine’s a dancer, actor, and I think she should be adding super-model to the list of talents :). Is it me or doesn’t it seem like that gaze should peering at us from the magazine rack? (remember magazines?)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Headshot of the Week! 12-7-2020
Model, Musician, and all-around awesome to work with Jennifer Vazquez is kicking off the first Headshot of the Week! for December 2020 with this shot from 2019. This shot is from a session I did at the studio for many of the Tribe Talent models who volunteered for the MidSouth Photo Expo last year. I’ve since shot with Jennifer again but for some reason I overlooked that amazing smile and engagement from this shoot which should have been a HotW! much sooner than now.
